The "Shock Factor" of Music

The "shock factor" of music. An important aspect of our culture. Throughout the evolution of music in our day, artists have never ceased to come up with lyrics, staging, and songs that in one way of another--"shock" society. This short video "The Shock Factor of Music" was created to weave together some of the musical threads of entertainment over the last 30-some-odd years that have undoubtedly caused some jaws-to-drop-to-the-floor. As a parent of one of those "crazy teens" who has musical tastes that span clear back to "the 80's" (when most of US were teenagers!) I can only say one thing... HOLD ON TIGHT! We ain't seen nothin' yet! We ARE, "all in this together" and it's an exciting journey!
